As our new Credit Operations Junior Specialist you'll join the Credit Operations team based in Copenhagen, reporting to Anna Øhrberg Nielsen, working to protect our customers and Lunar's finances through every step of the credit journey.

What will you do?

• Monitor accounts proactively to identify potential overdrafts early and act before they escalate

• Handle all pre-collection tasks and customer communications — clearly, compliantly, and with care

• Own the handover process to our external collection partner, keeping cases accurate, timely, and within regulatory requirements

• Serve as the day-to-day link between Lunar and our collection partner, coordinating throughout the recovery process

• Collaborate with different internal stakeholders on automating and making our processes smoother and more efficient

• Review and process loan applications as Lunar rolls out new lending products across the Nordics — and feed insights back to improve how our credit systems and processes work over time

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience in a customer-facing or operational role — a background in collections, lending, or financial services is a plus

• Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken — you'll be communicating directly with customers

• A structured, reliable approach to daily tasks — things get done properly, every time, without needing to be chased

• Clear written communication skills, whether you're updating a case file or sending a message to a customer in a difficult situation

• A proactive mindset — you spot problems before they're raised and look for ways to fix them at the root, not just manage the symptoms
