As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for an FCP Quality Controller based in Copenhagen, who is a natural "deep-diver" with a passion for integrity and excellence.

What will you do?

• Internal Control Execution: Lead the execution of internal controls and collaborate with the team to conclude on findings and necessary remedial actions.

• Governance & Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure our processes are robust, scalable, and compliant.

• Organisational Training: Design and deliver group-wide training sessions within Financial Crime Prevention to uplift the compliance culture across Lunar.

• Process Optimisation: Challenge the status quo by rethinking our internal control processes, making them more data-driven and efficient.

• Collaborative Oversight: Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and compliant customer journey.

• FCP Expertise: Solid experience within Financial Crime Prevention and a strong understanding of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act.

• Business Customer Insight: Specific experience handling or controlling Business/Corporate customers and an end-to-end understanding of the customer journey for small businesses.

• Control Mindset: Previous experience with first-line controls and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear , actionable SOPs.

• Analytical Deep-Diver: You are naturally curious and enjoy getting to the bottom of complex cases to ensure total quality .

• Strong Communicator: Professional proficiency in both Danish and English. If you also speak Swedish or Norwegian, it’s a major plus.
