As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Backend Engineer to help us build a more automated and AI-driven future for our platform. 🤖 As our new Backend Engineer, you will be reporting to Søren Thiel Berg and be part of a team focused on automating Lunar. The team is currently in the process of expanding the toolbox with e.g. AI solutions. The overarching goal is to automate manual and repetitive tasks in a scalable fashion within the broader Technology function, led by Rolf Njor Jensen.

What will you do?

• Design and implement software services to replace tasks and processes currently handled by our RPA platform.

• Explore the potential of AI as an increased part of our tech stack.

• You will be a mentor and coach to other team members 🤝.

• Collaborate with other teams across the organization, helping them build and integrate new solutions.

• Work in an agile environment with a high degree of autonomy

• Minimum of 3 years of backend experience, previous experience with Go is a plus

• Solid experience with Event-driven architecture

• Experience with cloud technologies

• A strong interest in AI and familiarity with solutions like OpenAI

• The ability to coach and mentor others 🤝

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and domains

• Familiarity with using AI as a development tool for coding
