We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in Aarhus or Copenhagen (relocation unfortunately not supported).

We work in weekly sprints, operate with a product mindset, and drive initiatives that put our users (candidates, hiring managers, and ourselves) first.
You’ll be part of the People & Culture team that consists of skilled people in functions like People Operations, Culture & Engagement, People Partnering, and, of course, us in TA. The current TA team is small but steady - we’re two Talent Partners who are very excited to have you onboard.

What you’ll do
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business areas
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and design tailored hiring strategies
Lead strategic sourcing efforts to attract top talent, including passive candidates
Build and nurture talent pipelines for key rolesDesign and facilitate candidate assessments that ensure a great fit (for them and for us)
Use data to improve our hiring practices - from KPIs to candidate experience insights
Take ownership of strategic projects that elevate recruitment as a discipline
Explore and implement the latest in TA tech - think AI sourcing tools, smarter screening, and optimizing our ATS setup
Be a champion of great user experiences - for both hiring managers and candidates
What we’re looking for
You're an experienced recruiter who’s worked in fast-moving, flat, and collaborative environments - perhaps in fintech, tech, or startups. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you lead. You care deeply about creating processes that work for people.
You probably tick most of these boxes:
Solid experience as a senior-level TA partner, ideally with both tech and non-tech hiring
You think like a product person: candidates and hiring managers are your users 💡
Strong stakeholder and project management skills - you know how to drive things forward
A natural relationship-builder who’s comfortable advising senior leaders
Curious, data-savvy, and unafraid to challenge “how we’ve always done it”
Experience with assessments or structured interviewing? Big plus
