Your profile: 

• You have worked within service and sales for at least 2 years.

• Your communication skills are on point, both written and verbally, in Danish and English.

• You know how to provide excellent service — and take pride in doing so.

• You thrive on feedback, and understand the importance of both giving and receiving it.

• You have at least 2 more years of study.

As our new Customer Excellence Associate, you will be part of our Customer Excellence team.
The team currently consists of more than 100 amazing individuals working across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway — all of them are focused on ensuring that our users love using Lunar — every day.

🕰 15-20 hour workweek

🗓 Your shifts will be between 15.30-23.00 on weekdays and 10.00-17.00 on weekends and public holidays
