Our Customer Excellence Team is always buzzing with life, working on delivering the best support possible to our users and passing on valuable customer feedback to the rest of the organization. The team works at a fast pace, always trying to hit zero emails in the inbox and no queue on calls. The team consists of a great mix of both full-time and student workers, across all the Nordic countries.

We’re looking for people whose smiles can be felt on the other end of the phone. People who are troubleshooters and who get motivated by helping others - also the 20th time they need to explain the same thing.
