As our new Principal Product Designer you'll join the Product Design team based in Aarhus (Copenhagen and Stockholm can also be considered), working to define what great design looks like at Lunar — and pull the whole team forward in the process.

What will you do?

• Shape the design direction across squads — from early problem framing through to shipped product — working at the intersection of craft, strategy, and technology

• Lead the thinking on our hardest design problems, pushing back on product direction when the user case isn't there and reframing briefs when the brief itself needs rethinking

• Prototype and explore interaction spaces using AI tools and modern workflows, compressing the distance between idea and working solution

• Partner with senior designers, product, engineering, and leadership to connect design decisions to company goals and measurable outcomes

• Raise the quality of design thinking across the team — not by managing people, but through the standard you set and the way you collaborate

What are we looking for in you?

• 8+ years of product design experience across the full spectrum — 0-to-1 products, scaling, and everything in between

• Real range across disciplines: visual design, interaction, UX, strategy, and research — you care about all of it, and it shows in your work

• Fluency in iOS and Android conventions and a strong instinct for what makes mobile experiences feel right

• AI tools are central to how you design, prototype, and explore — you're actively pushing what's possible, not just keeping pace

• The strategic range to partner with leadership and represent design credibly in high-stakes discussions
