As our new Senior Product Designer you'll join the Product Design team, based in Aarhus — though we'll also consider candidates in Copenhagen and Stockholm.

What will you do?

• Own design end-to-end across real product work — from early problem framing through to shipped screens — on features used by hundreds of thousands of people

• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions with squads, stakeholders, and leadership to define what's actually worth solving before anyone opens a design tool

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data & analytics to move fast, share work early, and give and receive honest feedback

• Use AI tools as a genuine part of your workflow — to move faster, explore wider, and prototype earlier — while bringing the judgment, taste, and empathy that make good design

• Raise the bar around you — through the quality of your output, the honesty of your feedback, and the standard you set for the people you work with

What are we looking for in you?

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows what you shipped, what you owned, and what you'd do differently

• Real depth in at least one discipline — visual and interaction design, or UX and product thinking — and solid competence across the rest

• Mobile-first fluency — apps are our core canvas, and you understand the platform conventions that make them feel right

• The communication skills to bring product managers, engineers, and leadership with you — you can explain design decisions to people who don't think in design

• Comfortable moving between ambiguity and execution without needing everything figured out first
