As our new People Operations Specialist you'll join the People & Culture team based in Copenhagen or Aarhus, reporting to Amalie Lange, working to make the everyday employee experience effortless, scalable, and largely invisible to those who benefit from it most.

What will you do?

• Own the day-to-day people operations: managing employment contracts, employee related questions, processing employee changes in our HRIS, and keeping our data clean and accurate.

• Run onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, making sure every new Lunar employee starts well and every departure is handled with care.

• Be the compliance anchor for the team: apply Danish employment law in our day-to-day operations, stay current on regulatory changes, and flag anything that needs attention.

• Turn raw people data into something useful — supporting the team with reporting and analysis that helps us make better decisions.

• Spot what can be smarter. Whether it's a recurring admin task or a manual process, you ask "could this be automated?" — and then you do something about it.

• Collaborate closely with other P&C teams such as TA, People Partnering, Payroll, IT, and Finance.

What are we looking for in you?

• 3–4 years in people operations, HR administration, or a similar role, with a track record of turning manual processes into smooth employee touchpoints.

• Detail-oriented to the core. Errors in contracts or HRIS data keep you up at night (in a good way), and you take real pride in getting it right.

• You can navigate complex stakeholder needs and high-volume tasks with a calm, helpful presence that makes everyone feel supported.

• Strong data instincts and confidence in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, the works).

• Curious about what technology can do. You're comfortable in a fast-moving environment and genuinely excited about AI-driven ways of working.

• You’re service-driven by default. Whether it’s a first-day onboarding or a complex leave query, you aim to leave every employee feeling heard and valued.

• A true doer: you take ownership, follow through, and don't wait to be asked twice.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift — and where that's kind of the fun part.
