We combine speed, compliance, and customer care to create a smooth onboarding journey for our business customers. And now, we’re looking for a FCP Onboarding Specialist to join the team and take our business onboarding to the next level.

What will you do?

• Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

• Analyze and assess customer applications in the onboarding process to ensure high quality and compliant customer intake.

• Conduct KYC and sanctions screening in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.

• Verify and obtain customer documentation to ensure full transparency.

• Register and process applications efficiently in internal systems and ensure data quality.

• Ensure a correct and compliant customer approach.

• Collaborate closely with the rest of the FCP team to identify risks and contribute to a culture where we break records in both volume and quality 🚀

• Have 2+ years of experience within KYC, AML, or onboarding — ideally from a financial institution or a regulated fintech.

• Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, love autonomy, and can balance speed with quality.

• Take pride in being structured and have a strong understanding of risk.

• Are motivated by winning as a team and by pushing yourself to deliver top-tier results.

• Are based in Copenhagen and ready to work from our great office in the city center.
