As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Core Banking Unit.
As our new Engineering Manager you will be part of our tech leadership team team, reporting to Girish. The team currently comprises 6-10 software engineers working in Aarhus and Copenhagen, who are focused on driving technological advancements and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions within the broader Technology function.
What will you do?
Lead and inspire 1-2 cross-functional teams, to foster a culture of innovation, empowerment, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Drive technological advancements and stay ahead of industry trends.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and other business teams.
Ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions and implement best practices for software development, quality assurance, and deployment.
