We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on doer People Director to shape the future of how our people grow, perform, and lead. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is a high-impact executor that leads by example—balancing hands-on delivery with the foresight to step out and steer the team. You will report to our Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO), Sarah.
What will you do?
Lead People Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and People Development as one connected engine that scales with the business.
Architect the org: drive org design and operating model choices (when to centralize/decentralize), reduce friction, and prevent organizational “debt.”
Raise and protect talent density: strengthen hiring mechanics and ensure a consistently high bar across the company.
Partner closely with the CPCO and senior leadership to translate business priorities into a clear people roadmap—and hold the org accountable to outcomes.
Measure and communicate impact using data (talent health, retention quality, performance outcomes, ROI of org changes).

Background from a fast-paced, international, tech-heavy environment (scale-up/fintech/tech preferred)
Data-led and outcome-oriented: uses metrics to steer decisions and prove impact.
