We are rebuilding our wealth proposition from the ground up. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy across Invest, Crypto, and new opportunities. 

Your mission is to serve the Nordic audience, often providing them with their first ever investment product. You will drive the innovation needed to make complex markets simple and accessible, focusing on building core product value that users trust for their long-term financial growth.

What you’ll do

• Rebuild & Scale: You will lead the "Day 1" transformation of Invest and the rapid expansion of our Crypto offering.

• Own the Business Outcomes: You aren't just shipping a roadmap; you are responsible for the Wealth P&L. You will align product innovation with aggressive commercial targets and unit economics.

• Innovate for Retention: You recognize that "growth hacks" are useless if the product doesn't retain. You will focus on building immediate value ("Aha!" moments) that turn first-time investors into long-term wealth builders.

• Relentless Optimization: You will take a high-tempo, data-led approach to our funnels—optimizing for conversion and trust through constant A/B testing and experimentation.

• Leverage our License: Use Lunar's banking license to build unique, regulated investment products that traditional fintechs cannot replicate.

• AI-First Differentiation: Move beyond efficiency. Identify where AI can provide personalized investment insights and "magical" portfolio moments that separate us from the pack.

What you bring

• Deep Wealth Tenure: You have a track record in Wealth, Invest, or Crypto. You understand market mechanics, liquidity, and the psychology of the retail investor.

• The "Founder" Mindset: You have a history of shipping 0→1 products in complex ecosystems. You build value propositions, not just buttons.

• Commercial & Technical Fluency: You can discuss P&L with the CFO and order-book architecture with the CTO.

• Analytical Precision: You are an expert in funnel analysis and growth metrics. You know when to double down on an experiment and when to kill it.

• AI/ML Curiosity or Experience: You have exposure to AI product management or a strong strategic view on how AI can reshape customer onboarding and engagement.
