At Lunar we serve two distinct segments: the Nordic consumer and business owner. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to sit at the intersection of these segments, driving a growth strategy that is commercially rigorous yet deeply user-centric.
You will partner closely with our Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure our product engages, sells, converts, and retains. We believe that true growth comes from a mix of relentless funnel optimization and building core product value that users love
What will you do?
Drive Growth across Consumer & Business Banking. You will identify the unique growth levers for both our B2C and B2B segments. You will determine when to treat them separately and when to leverage the synergy between them.
Build Long-Term User Value. You understand that "growth hacks" only work if the bucket isn't leaky. You will focus on activation and retention by solving real user problems, ensuring that once a user enters the funnel, they experience immediate value ("Aha!" moments) that keeps them engaged.
Master the Funnel (Optimization & Experimentation). You will take a data-led approach to our acquisition flows. You will lead high-tempo experimentation (A/B testing, flow restructuring, copy iteration) to remove friction and maximize conversion rates without sacrificing compliance or trust.
Bridge Product, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy. You will act as the translator and strategist between the product organization and the commercial side of the business. You will align product roadmaps with aggressive commercial targets, ensuring that what we build directly impacts key business metrics.
Leverage AI as a Competitive Advantage. You will explore how we can use our data and AI capabilities not just for efficiency, but for product differentiation . You will identify opportunities where AI can create personalized, "magical" experiences that separate Lunar from traditional banks.
Lead with Data, Execute with Empathy. You will use analytics to find the truth in user behavior, but you will use your product sense to ensure the solution feels human. You will balance the quantitative needs of the business with the qualitative needs of the user .
What are we looking for in you?

- AI/ML Curiosity or Experience: You have exposure to AI product management or a strong strategic view on how AI can reshape customer onboarding and engagement.
Commercial & Product Fluency: You have a rare ability to speak "P&L" with the CFO and "User Journey" with the Design Lead. You understand how product decisions impact the bottom line.
Experience in Dual-Sided Growth: You have ideally worked in environments serving both SMBs (Business) and Consumers, or have a strong track record in complex, multi-product ecosystems.
The "Builder" Mindset: You have a history of shipping products that solve hard problems. You don't just optimize buttons; you build value propositions that drive organic growth.
Experimentation Toolkit: You are deeply familiar with A/B testing frameworks, funnel analysis, and growth metrics. You know how to design a valid experiment and when to kill a losing one.
