We're looking for a Culture & Engagement Manager to join our People & Culture team for a 12 months maternity cover contract, starting in the beginning of 2026.

You will be a mix of lead architect, event planner, communicator, and ensuring our employee experience is world-class, consistent, and reflective of our values across all our locations. So in short a great chance to leave your mark on the Lunar journey.

So, who are we? Are we a tech company or a bank? Well, we're both breaking free from the usual categories. At Lunar, tech isn't just a cool add-on; it's the core of how we do things. With our own banking license, we go head-to-head with traditional banks. What will you do?

You'll be crushing it across three main areas: Office & work environment, communication, and execution.

• Lead the vibe: You are the main driver and catalyst of a seamless, consistent workplace experience across our offices (Copenhagen, Aarhus, Stockholm). Meaning you will be the one overseeing the connection between our offices.
  

• Guide the guides: You’ll lead, coach, and strategically support our awesome local office coordinators/managers. You set the direction and ensure consistency in execution.
  

• Design & deliver the magic: You’ll be a part of supporting and executing some of our culture, engagement, and community initiatives. Think major company kick-offs, internal rituals, team-building programs, and cross-office fun.
  

• Be the storyteller: Drive creative internal comms and storytelling. We need you to make sure our teams know what's happening and that our values are shining bright in every message.
  

• Drive the Lunar welcome: Hold a pivotal role in the onboarding of all new joiners. You and your team will deliver a smooth, culture-first experience while constantly looking into ways we can optimize the process for maximum impact.
  

• Execution machine: You confidently manage multiple projects at once. Planning, execution, follow-up - you own the cycle.

What are we looking for in you?

• Builder mindset: You get energy from turning ideas into action and seeing things through. You’re a “doer” who loves fixing, improving, and delivering results

• Experience: You bring 3–6 years in workplace ops, events, internal comms, or related fields such as hospitality, agency, experience design, or People & Culture.

• Community builder: You have experience with office environments, culture-building, or managing internal communities, and you care about creating moments that connect people in our office-first setup.

• Project ownership: You thrive owning projects end-to-end — from planning to execution to wrap-up.

• Communication skills: You communicate clearly and visually — short copy, clean slides, on-point updates.

• Organizational skills: You keep timelines, budgets, vendors, and documentation under control.

• Tools & systems: You’re fluent in Google Workspace and Slack, comfortable with Canva or PowerPoint.

• Data & feedback: You turn feedback into simple, tangible improvements, rather than just collecting data.

• Leader instincts: This isn't a senior role, but you need leadership experience - maybe you've led a small team or successfully owned a complex, high-visibility project end-to-end.
