As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a/an Country Marketing Lead for Sweden to lead our growth marketing strategy in Sweden so that we can strengthen Lunar’s presence and sign-ups in a key Nordic market.

What will you do?

● Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy for the Swedish market, targeting both consumers and micro-SMEs.

● Adapt and localize brand messaging, campaigns, and content in collaboration with the central marketing team.

● Identify and test new channels and partnerships for growth, including local partnerships, influencer collaborations, community building, and content marketing initiatives.

● Support Swedish-specific product launches, partnerships, or local commercial offerings.

● Work closely with sales and commercial teams to drive measurable results for user acquisition and brand awareness.

What are we looking for in you?

● A proven track record in growth marketing, preferably within fintech, tech, or startups.

● Residency in Sweden with a deep understanding of local consumer behavior and the micro-SME landscape.

● Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills.

● Analytical and data-driven approach with proven ability to measure impact.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.

● A collaborative, self-starting attitude, thriving in fast-paced, cross-border environments.
