As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Back Office Junior Specialist to manage a wide range of administrative and operational tasks so that we can ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of Lunar and provide the best customer experience. As our new Back Office Junior Specialist, you will be part of our Back Office team, reporting to Anna Øhrberg Nielsen. The team currently comprises 7 amazing individuals working in Aarhus who are focused on being the backbone of Lunar's daily operational processes and supporting various internal teams within the broader Customer Excellence function, led by our COO, Gitte Roskær.
What will you do?
Engage in diverse customer contact scenarios.
Provide support to internal teams for various tasks.
Contribute to the optimization of existing workflows.
Handle case processing and administration.
Ensure quality assurance across processes.
Manage multiple ad hoc tasks as they arise.
