As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Head of Investor Relations. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing private investors and laying the groundwork for effective communication with potential public market participants. You will be responsible for developing and executing our IR strategy, ensuring transparent and consistent messaging that accurately reflects Lunar Bank's value proposition, growth strategy, and financial performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of financial markets, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

As our new Head of Investor Relations, you will be located either in Copenhagen or Stockholm and you will be part of our Finance team, reporting to Robert, CFO. 

What will you do?

• Investor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for private investors, managing inquiries, providing updates, and fostering strong relationships.

• IR Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and future public listing.

• Messaging and Materials: Create compelling investor presentations, recurring financial reports, press releases, and other communication materials that articulate Lunar Bank's story effectively.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform IR strategy and provide insights to the executive team.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and industry events to build awareness and understanding of Lunar Bank.

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication.

• Public Listing Preparation: Contribute to the development of IR-related processes and materials in preparation for a potential IPO.

• Corporate Governance: Stay informed on relevant regulations and best practices in investor relations and corporate governance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications is a plus.  

• Proven experience (5+ years) in investor relations, preferably within the financial services or technology sector. Experience with pre-IPO companies is highly advantageous.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.  

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English. Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
