What you will be doing:
In the role of Customer Excellence Agent for our Swedish users, you’ll become a pivotal part of Lunar. Our Support team is how we communicate with our users, and it is therefore important that you want to help and greet people with awesome energy and a smile. Our users are always our main focus, and it is important to us that they have a great experience when they reach out to us for help.
As our new colleague, your primary tasks will consist of:
Answering phone calls and chat messages from Lunar’s users every day.
Providing app support.
Answering questions about our products from our lovely users and helping them out.
As the majority of our communication with users is in writing, it’s important that you flawlessly can answer inquiries in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Who you are:
You have at least 12 months left of your studies.
You’re fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
You can see yourself using 15-20 hrs. a week - primarily working evenings and weekends.
You might have similar experiences in the service industry.
You love speaking on the phone and enjoy the challenge of not knowing what the next call might be about.
You enjoy a constant change in a fast-paced environment, and you are motivated by building the airplane while flying it.
You have a get-things-done attitude and are a "fixer" by nature.
