As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join us in the Copenhagen office to strengthen our financial regulatory reporting to meet increasing regulatory requirements and build efficient, transparent reporting processes. As our new Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will be part of our Capital & Regulatory Reporting team, reporting to Meinhard Arge Jensen our Head of Capital & Regulatory Reporting. The team is working from Copenhagen and Aarhus, focused on securing transparency and trust through accurate reporting, insightful capital planning, and robust financial controls – all within the broader Finance function led by Robert Stambro.

What will you do?

• Carry out controlling tasks related to Lunar’s Treasury function (daily reports, controls, and deal validations)

• Carry out various regulatory reports within capital, liquidity, accounting and credit

• Develop and improve our financial regulatory reporting framework through automation and smarter workflows (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
  

• Interpret and translate regulatory texts into accurate financial reports
  

• Participate in capital planning, ICAAP, ILAAP and stress testing

What are we looking for?

• A background in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Economics or similar – from studies, student jobs, or work experience
  

• Strong interest in banking operations and financial regulation
  

• Solid data skills – comfortable in Excel and Gsheets (experience with VBA, SQL, Power BI other coding language is a plus)
  

• Ability to interpret regulatory/legal texts and translate them into data and actionable reporting
  

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  

• Great communication skills and a collaborative approach – you enjoy working with others
  

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn – not afraid to challenge the status quo
  Bonus if you’ve worked in Treasury, Risk, or controlling functions, or have experience with financial reporting
