As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for an IT Risk Analyst to strengthen our first line of defense by identifying and assessing IT and operational risks so that we can scale responsibly and stay ahead in a regulated environment. As our new IT Risk Analyst, you will be part of our First Line Risk Management team, reporting to Anders Tvede Pleth. The team currently comprises three amazing individuals working in Aarhus, focused on building risk awareness, innovating smarter ways managing- and working with risks.

What will you do?

• Conduct third-party risk assessments and support vendor due diligence in collaboration with Procurement
  
  

• Help evaluate IT risk and ensure that vendors align with Lunar's security standards
  
  

• Assist in the implementation of DORA-related governance frameworks
  
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to score and document risks, and support risk awareness training
  
  

• Ensure clean, high-quality data in our risk systems, while exploring how AI can support risk analysis

• A degree in IT, Business Administration, Legal Tech, or similar – or 1-2 years of experience in a fintech, bank, or tech company
  
  

• A proactive, self-driven attitude – you’re curious, ask questions, and take initiative
  
  

• A genuine interest in tech, data, and how it shapes opportunities and risks in the financial sector
  
  

• Comfortable working with data analysis to support reporting and decision-making
  
  

• Fascinated by AI and excited to explore its role in risk management - Our ambition is to dominate this space - nothing less.
  
  

• Strong collaboration and communication skills – able to work cross-functionally
  
  

• Willingness to learn and grow in a highly regulated and fast-changing environment
  
  

• Bonus points if you’ve heard of DORA, NIST or know about risk management in a bank – but no worries if not. We’ll teach you!
