We have grown by leaps and bounds since starting out in Aarhus in 2015 and are now considered a major player in the Nordics with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Aarhus. Develop Lunar's practices within finance, including streamlining current processes and reporting.

As our new Group Controller, you will report directly to our Finance Director, Dianna Buck. You will be part of our finance team with 20+ amazing colleagues working across Aarhus and Copenhagen and be part of the broader finance function.

What will you do?

• Involvement in project work across Finance and Lunar.

• Participate in the preparation of annual reports, monthly closures and other reporting.

• Prepare and participate in analytical work, presentations, and materials for management and the board, conduct deep dive analyses in selected areas, etc.

• Strong financial background with at least 2 years of experience in a controller role.

• Experience working in the banking industry would be an advantage

• Danish and English Fluency is strongly preferred

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to spot trends, identify issues and find solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.

• A passion for problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, using your creativity to find new ways to streamline our processes and improve our financial reporting.

• Experience with ERP systems, chart of accounts setup, and control framework can also be qualifications that could be brought into use.

• Education - A CMA, Accounting or another degree within accounting or finance would be preferred.
