As we continue to scale our impact, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to elevate our recruitment processes and enhance the recruitment experiences for the TA team, the hiring managers, and of course the candidates. This position will be located in Aarhus or Copenhagen. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to relocate for this position. As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to Sarah Wahlström. The team currently consists of 2 amazing individuals working across Stockholm and Copenhagen who are focused on transforming our hiring strategies within the broader People and Culture function, led by Sarah Wahlström, Chief People and Culture Officer.

In the TA team, we run weekly sprints where we manage ongoing recruitment processes, and strategic initiatives, and reflect on learnings and potential opportunities. We operate in a product development mindset and always drive projects with the user in mind.

What will you do?
Run end-to-end recruitment processes across all areas of the organization 🌟
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their unique requirements and objectives 🤝
Define candidate evaluation criteria and establish a consistent assessment process.
Lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects from start to finish, enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process 📊
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Experience with assessment tools and processes is a great plus.
