In the role of Head of Technology for Lending and Customer Lifecycle, you will develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals, with a specific focus on the Lending and Customer Lifecycle business domains. You will be located in Aarhus and report to Christian Bøegh, Director of Technology.

In Lunar we build and run our software in empowered cross-functional teams clustered in groups called "colonies". Each colony has a cross-functional leadership team. You will be part of the leadership teams for the "Lending" colony as well as the "Customer Lifecycle" colony. As a people leader, you will lead and inspire 3-4 cross-functional teams, a total of 15 software engineers, nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

You will be the go-to person for insights and strategies, driving technological advancements and staying ahead of industry trends for the two business domains - Lending and Customer Lifecycle. Collaboration is key—foster a solid cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and other business teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions into our lending and customer lifecycle processes.

You will drive innovation within the technology team, encouraging experimentation with emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance our product offerings. Ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions and implement best practices for software development, quality assurance, and deployment.

To successfully develop the team and deliver the business impact we see that you:

• Showcase a minimum of 10 years of software engineering expertise, including at least 5 years of active software engineering work. Additionally, highlight a track record of leading and managing software engineering teams for a minimum of 4 years.

• Your strong background in software engineering and technical proficiency, coupled with hands-on experience in leading and delivering complex technical projects, will set you up for success.

• Your leadership skills showcase the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team, with experience in building and scaling teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, enabling you to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Bring a strategic mindset to align technology initiatives with business goals, showcasing your experience in driving digital transformation in similar domains.
