We're looking for a Product Director with an innovative and commercial mindset to lead our Business Banking - one of the fastest-growing and most impactful domains in Lunar.

Joining the Business Banking Leadership Team you will be responsible for the product strategy defining where to play, and how to win including new products and ongoing enhancements. You will evangelize and achieve buy-in to your strategy with the C-level as well as the rest of the organization. Stakeholder management is your home court and in cooperation with Colony leadership, you are responsible for bringing your strategy to life informing delivery processes and ultimately driving user and business impact. 

You will assume end-to-end responsibility for Business Banking and ultimately no task is too big or too small to grab your attention if it has an impact on your users. 

Your role can include mentoring a team of Product Managers, fostering their growth, and crafting strategic blueprints for Business Banking expansion, all while enhancing the customer experience.

For this opportunity, we are open for locations in either Aarhus or Copenhagen depending on what suits you. As our Product Director, you will report directly to Christina Vestergaard, the CPO and work closely with the wider management team.

What you will do

• Own and drive the long-term strategy for Business Banking to accelerate both user and business success

• Be on top of market trends, customer insights, emerging/disruptive technologies, and advancement in digital, and mobile applications across markets

• Drive product innovation including discovery and initial proof of concept

• Inform go-to-market and commercial plans working closely with product marketing and commercial management

• Build and/or inform a strong product roadmap in cooperation with colony leadership

• Drive a test-and-learn mentality across your team and the broader product organization using data to prioritize and measure impact. 

• Own product performance including customer lifecycle

• Building up multiple Product teams with passionate PMs to make our organization top-notch.

• Proven leadership skills being able to coach, mentor, and guide the wider team

• Strong communication skills to convey product strategy and vision

• Ability to prioritise roadmaps across multiple competing priorities balancing short and long-term strategy, user needs, and business outcomes
