Our Copenhagen team is growing and we’re looking for a new Team Lead to take on the responsibility of leading our Welcoming team in Copenhagen at our Bredgade office. The team consists of 15 full-time and 2 part-time employees. You will become part of the leadership team in the FCP Operations & Welcoming organization currently consisting of 3 other team leads covering the operational areas of Transaction Monitoring, Fraud, Sanction Screening, and ODD/OEDD in Copenhagen and Århus and report to Henriette, our Head of FCP Operations & Welcoming. There is therefore a great opportunity to gain knowledge about multiple aspects of the Financial Crime Prevention area.
The Welcoming team is responsible for all customer onboarding in Lunar - both consumer and business customers - and is therefore a central and crucial contributor to Lunar's overall strategy. In Welcoming we work from both a customer mindset as well as a commercial awareness and equally important we ensure that Lunar complies with the regulations. We make sure we know our customers before welcoming them to Lunar. The quality aspect of the onboarding process is therefore a central factor in the team's success.
Your role will be to guide and manage the team towards achieving their goals - both on productivity as well as quality. Your main tasks are to foster a positive and productive work environment, bring stability to the team, and strengthen performance.
You preferably have experience within the financial sector and more specifically experience with business and consumer onboarding and KYC is a familiar area. You come from a leadership position with experience in leading employees in an operational unit. Experience in working with young professionals is a plus.

You proactively take the difficult conversations and address poor performance - both related to business deliveries as behavior.
Operational awareness and quality-focused:
Your lean mindset and experience with Operational Excellence are the foundation you stand upon making the engine room run smoothly, both in regards to efficiency and quality.
You have a natural commercial awareness and you ensure that your customer mindset is reflected in the teams' performance
