As the new owner and lead of all storefronts at Lunar, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our online presence into powerful growth channels. You will be responsible for enhancing user experiences, optimizing the online storefronts as a sales channel, and developing data-driven strategies to attract and retain new users.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with internal specialists, creative teams, and external agencies to drive growth and take our online presence to the next level.

Proficient in digital marketing tools, with a focus on website development and optimization, however no coding required.

What will you do?
Lead and owner of all global Lunar storefronts on lunar.app and all app stores across DK, SE & NO, for both consumer and business verticals.
Responsible for developing our online storefronts as a growth channel and increasing new user acquisition from our websites and app stores.
Driving a test-and-learn agenda for online storefronts to secure insights and foster incremental growth.
Developing and planning growth and data-driven strategies for all online storefront-related areas in collaboration with internal specialists, the creative team, as well as external agencies:
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) plus experiments and A/B testing
Funnel and user journey optimization
Leadgen/gamification tactics such as calculators
Supporting paid media with relevant landing pages together with specialist and external agencies
Website projects and new launches
App store optimization
UX and design optimization
Ensure a best-in-class online user experience and design for presenting Lunar’s brand, products, and propositions, while converting visitors into new users.
Take ownership of the overall content strategy for the website, encompassing ideal information architecture, product and proposition presentation, content velocity, and quality.
Scale and manage ongoing content development while establishing processes with the web team, marketing specialists, vertical leads, and product owners to effectively scale our online storefronts across markets, verticals, and products.
Manage relationships with external and internal specialists, including agencies and freelancers, and establish new collaborations to drive a growth agenda. This includes tooling, platforms, and software to support scaling efforts.
Own website budgets and KPIs, providing monthly reports on performance, learnings, and plans, and ensuring the ongoing secure sharing of actionable insights derived from user behavior and online storefront performance.
