At Lunar we are democratizing the power of money and changing the way we all bank, pay and invest. We have grown by leaps and bounds since starting out in Aarhus in 2015 and are now considered a major player in the Nordics with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo, as well as employees working remotely across Europe.
As we continue to scale our impact, we are looking for a Customer Excellence Associate to help make sure we can ensure and maintain the high quality and level of service that we want to deliver.
As our new Customer Excellence Associate you will be part of our Customer Excellence team. The team currently consists of more than 100 amazing individuals working across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway — all of them focused on ensuring that our users love using Lunar — every day. To us, being Customer Obsessed is more than just a buzzword. It’s a way of working.

You have worked with service and sales for at least 1 years
Your communication skills are on point, both written and verbally, in Swedish and English
You know how to provide excellent service — and take pride in doing so
You can keep an overview in an ever-changing environment
You thrive on feedback and understand the importance of both giving and receiving it
You are a problem solver and love finding solutions

What will you do?
Handle inquiries from our valued customers — both written and over the phone
Use your knowledge to assess what the individual user needs — and ensure they get it
Help improve and optimize processes and products by providing your feedback and ideas
Help the team to reach and improve own and common goals for service level and efficiency
Take part in building a bank with awesome and talented people

🗓 Your shifts will be between 8.00-16.30 every weekday
