As we continue to scale our impact, we are looking for a Head of Data Warehouse to continue driving our efforts of building a scalable data platform for future growth. In this role, you will be leading our Data Warehouse team consisting of 8 Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers. You will be responsible for both setting the direction and leading the team responsible for making sure all our data is made available within our Data Warehouse with a high level of quality to enable best-in-class data analytics and data science as well as enable financial reconciliation processes and regulatory reporting.

Other core responsibilities are:

• Responsible for our Data Management efforts in Lunar, to ensure governed and high-quality data to ensure data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

• Formalise and drive Lunar data strategy. Data - governance, quality, protections, cataloging, data strategy.

• Close collaboration with our Tech Platform team to ensure a scalable and stable data foundation in Lunar.

Other than the amazing Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers you will also be collaborating with our CTO, Bank CEO, CRO risk, Group CFO, and Director of Data and Analytics. We’re ready, are you?

Ohhh! Of course, you’re probably wondering a little bit about our current tech setup? We figured! Here it is:

• The data stack is built on top of AWS, using e.g. S3, glue, spectrum, redshift.

• Data is transformed using dbt, git is used for version control, with Jenkins for CI.

• Data consumers include e.g. Looker, google sheets, periodical reports, ML use cases.

• Collaboration and stakeholder management across the organization comes naturally to you as a huge part of driving change is based on building trust and understanding
