Your extensive experience in managing financial institutions and/or correspondent relationships motivates you to use your expertise in establishing this area from the ground up. Your thorough and proactive approach equips you to navigate a central role involving multiple stakeholders at all levels.

What you will be doing

As our new FCP Senior Officer - Banking Services, you will be a part of our FCP department. With this role, you will have a broad impact across Lunar, particularly through close collaboration with the Legal and Tech teams, as well as our commercial teams.

You will be accountable for the framework governing Lunar's approach to managing financial institutions and correspondent relationships within the FCP domain. Working alongside colleagues within and outside the team, you will contribute to ensuring that essential procedures are defined. This guarantees that processes such as onboarding, risk assessment, ongoing monitoring, and more are conducted in line with regulatory requisites and best practices, all tailored to Lunar's operational structure. 

Your tasks will involve:

• Designing our procedures for managing financial institutions and correspondent relationships within the FCP area from start to finish.

• Ensuring that customers are handled in accordance with the defined concept.

• Continuously identifying opportunities for enhancing and advancing the area.

• Actively managing customer interactions within the segment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need

• More than 5 years of experience in managing financial institutions and/or correspondent relationships

• Educational background in finance, law, economics—or any relevant field. While not crucial, your passion and motivation are pivotal to us.

• Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in the field, including anti-money laundering laws.

• Proficiency in conveying requirements and other forms of communication.

• A readiness to think innovatively—where can we enhance? And what's necessary to attain that?

• Proficiency in a language other than Danish and English, such as Swedish or Norwegian, is an advantageous aspect for us, although not mandatory.
