This is the team that set the foundation for our network infrastructure across all offices, oversees device management and security, and oversees our internal IT tech stack. Our Company IT team is growing and we’re looking for an IT Administrator to join. As our new Company IT Administrator, you will be based out of our Aarhus or Copenhagen office and become part of our department responsible for all internal end-user IT development, support and maintenance across our Lunar locations in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo.

You will join a team of highly competent and passionate IT professionals who love to create exceptional employee experiences through tech and support.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Maintain and administer our Cisco Meraki-based network infrastructure across our office spaces

• Oversee our MDM and EDR platforms and ensure our devices adhere to necessary security requirements in close collaboration with our Head of IT Security

• Setup and support of SAML, SCIM, API integrations and dataflow between Lunar’s identity provider and internal and external systems

• Evaluate new systems and implement them into the day-to-day operations, while contributing to unleashing the full potential of our existing tools and platforms

• Facilitate and participate in key Company IT projects e.g. optimizing onsite network infrastructure, implementing security and device management solutions, automation of tasks etc.

• Troubleshooting and solving day-to-day challenges related to our daily IT operations e.g. end-user authorization, network/VPN connectivity, hardware and application issues etc.

• On-site support of end-users and office hardware e.g. video conference equipment, workstation hardware, monitors, network connections, printers etc.

• Ensuring procurement of necessary hardware and software

• Ensuring preparation of new equipment during onboarding of employees and refurbishment of existing/used equipment

• Define guidelines and how-tos for all the amazing Lunar employees

• Collaborate with our office managers to ensure full alignment of our Company IT hardware and software setup across locations

• A BSc. within Computer Science or something similar is a plus, however, we are looking for a person with passion and experience within tech and end-user support, so your educational background is not crucial

• We would really like it if you have some experience within a similar role - if you have 3-5 years of experience, it is an even bigger plus

• In terms of language, you have to be able to speak and write English. It is also a plus if you speak Danish, Swedish and/or Norwegian

• Preferably you have experience administering, using and/or troubleshooting:

  • MacOS and Windows environments (we are mainly MacOS-based)

  • Knowledge of Apple MDM/ABM is a big plus

  • Google Workspace

  • Cisco Meraki-based networks

  • VPN protocols such as OpenVPN and L2TP/IPSec

  • Kandji and/or Microsoft InTune Device Management

  • Endpoint Security solutions such Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

  • Cloud and/or SaaS applications

  • Cloud-based Identity Providers such as Okta, SCIM, SAML, SSO and Access Management
