As our new Senior Group Accountant,  you will be part of our reporting and Accounting team, reporting to our Head of Accounting & Group Reporting Ioana Chiriguti. The team currently comprises 6 amazing individuals working in Aarhus, who are focused on managing and driving our accounting and reporting practices within the broader Finance-function, led by CFO Rie Ruby.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in finance, economics or a similar discipline.

• Minimum 2 years' experience from a similar position.

• You are curious and proactive and good at analysing and conveying financial information in a simple manner.

• You have a structural way of working for handling an ever-changing environment.

• You have good analytical and IT skills with hands-on experience and skills in the MS Office tools, especially Excel.

• Fluent in English and Danish is a plus.

• Payments and invoice handling.

• Reconciliation of bank statements, account statements, etc.

• Posting and controlling of intercompany agreements.

• VAT reporting and controlling.

• Ad hoc analysis for processes optimization and automation.

• Process descriptions and SOP’s.

• Part of exciting and various projects across the team.
