As we continue to scale our impact, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel / Attorney at Law to provide legal support within our online payment and transaction field so that we can ensure smooth navigation and growth in all things online payments.

As our new Senior Legal Counsel, you will be part of our Legal team, reporting to Mikkel Skovgård Prehn. The team currently comprises 6 amazing individuals working in Copenhagen and Oslo, who are focused on delivering high-quality legal advice enabling Lunars growth within the broader Legal Affairs function, led by Svend Riis.

In this role, you will work closely with the business unit and tech squads who work with online payments, transactions, and financial infrastructure. You will become a key member of the team and you will ensure that our solutions are compliant with the law and utilize the possibilities offered by PSD2 and future legislation. You will have a lot of responsibility in the position and you will also ensure that the team brings in relevant legal expertise from the rest of Lunars legal team.

The position is based in Aarhus.
