At Lunar we are democratizing the power of money and changing the way we all bank, pay and invest. We have grown by leaps and bounds since starting out in Aarhus in 2015 and are now considered a major player in the Nordics with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo, as well as employees working remotely across Europe.
As our Head of People Operations, you will take the lead on working within our employee journey and continuously improve our employee experience through design, systems and data. You are a systems and design thinker and very comfortable in the HR Tech stack. This is key, as this team is the foundation for enabling the wider HR team, Lunar leaders and all employees.
Furthermore, you will own operationalizing our compensation and benefits framework, and it is your responsibility to create a uniform structure across our nordic locations and ensure that our amazing talents are compensated fairly and that we are in on current trends and developments within this area.
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and be the tactical, driving and executing force in operations. This is a new role at Lunar, so you will be able to influence the way we work heavily. You can definitely expect us to challenge you in this role - and we expect you to challenge us back.
The Lunar life is ever-changing, but here are some of the areas you will be accountable for:
Owning and setting the direction of the employee experience at Lunar. This involves improving our existing workflows, HR systems and implementing new practices that support our people & culture-function and make life at Lunar as smooth as possible for our amazing colleagues
Uncovering ways to improve our people operations and design a set-up that enables People & Culture to automate manual processes and easily maintain them
Working closely with the People & Culture team, review, update and coordinate Lunar’s compensation plans and benefit packages in all countries of operation.
Driving our salary review process and owning our contracts. This implies making sure that contracts across the nordics are compliant and updated continually according to existing employment legislation and collective agreements

Your skills and experience
This is not your first rodeo - you have experience scaling operations either by size or geography and you have tried your hand at developing, implementing and leading people processes before. It is a pro, if you have previous management experience as well.
You are on the forefront of what good employee experience design entails and how to work with your stakeholders and users to design, gather feedback and iterate on our HR products. You bring a holistic view and systems-knowledge, which enables you to see how our people systems best integrate with other systems that we collaborate with as well.
