Brief description of the job
As our Market Insights Analyst you will become part of our Data & Analytics area, but working day to day in close collaboration with key marketing and commercial stakeholders. You will become part of the BI & Reporting Analytics team, which currently consists of 8 people.
You will be responsible for collecting data on consumers, competitors and markets and consolidate information into actionable insights, reports and presentations to inject customer knowledge deeply into our go-to-market practices.
A large part of your role involves proactively seeking out the current market trends and keeping up to speed on market research on the field, and once something interesting comes up it is your job to implement it in practice. Ultimately, you need to be able to bring us closer to the pulse of existing market trends and drive action-oriented insights in the commercial area to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tasks & responsibilities
You will be doing market- & customer research across the Nordics - especially with focus on commercial opportunities, e.g. customer needs and pains broadly or within more specific areas such as marketing, pricing, channel preferences, competitors, product/market fit, and much more.
You must stay informed about market trends and be able to communicate insights to stakeholders via collected and analyzed data on consumers, competitors and markets.
You need to make sure we have one knowledge and data collection point for commercial and marketing teams (e.g. market research, segmentation, etc.)
You must be able to understand business goals and design as well as interpret surveys to discover potential customers' preferences.
You must perform statistical analyzes and make reports / presentations and be able to present results to stakeholders in a business-friendly way.
You will be the one owning all things related to Brand tracking, campaign measurement, and final creative testing.

Your skills and experience
You hold a bachelor/Master’s in Business, Economics, Marketing, Strategy or a similar field.
You have 2+ years of professional experience working with market insights.
You are good at being analytical and innovative and you are an amazing collaborator.
You have competencies within data storytelling, presentations, statistical analysis, Business Intelligence visualization (Looker or similar), and data analysis (SQL).
You have experience with the Microsoft Office package.
