The job

Your job centres around managing and producing cool campaigns with steady hands and always keeping cool while everything around you is on fire. You understand the importance of meeting deadlines and it comes natural to you to contribute to creating a work environment that supports creativity while motivating both yourself and the team and people around you - you simply cannot help yourself.

In order to be a good fit for this role, you have well-trained planning skills and you know exactly how to balance between being friendly while proactive and getting stuff done such as of yesterday as holding your stakeholders accountable for deliveries. As the project responsible, you are the glue that makes the steps in the process stay in the right order - you simply cannot imagine a project without solid planning before, during and after and project overviews are your bible.

With reference to our Head of In-house Agency, Kristine, you will be working closely with the creative team, with Marketing and all departments related to the relevant campaigns. Your goal is to make sure that your deliverables are best in class; so no need to mention that you are expected to always challenge the brief to ensure quality and relevance in the things the in-house agency produces.

Tasks & responsibilities

More specifically, you will work with overall project management and productions of all kinds of campaigns across the Lunar brand, e.g:

• Production of photo shoots, film production, SoMe content

• Briefing of creatives

• Co-operation with external agencies and partners

• Controlling budgets

• Creating production plans and project overviews

• Ensuring brand guidelines are followed

Always after finishing up a project, you make sure to evaluate in order to optimize the process further for next time, so we don’t fall into the same traps repeatedly. Both in terms of the processes and the collaboration between the involved parties. Why not improve if possible?

Your skills and experience

• Hands-on experience is key in this case, and you bring in 3-5 years experience from managing and producing creative campaigns

• You have obtained your experience from either the agency side or from a marketing role - if you have experience from a start-up/scale-up this will definitely be to your advantage.

• You speak English (and preferably Danish) fluently
