What’s the job?

In a short time, Lunar has gone from being a start up to a scale up. We doubled our company size in 2021 and are continuing to grow rapidly. As we continue to scale the business, we are looking for an individual who can work cross-functionally with leaders at all levels to further refine and optimize our operating model and organizational design. The person in this position will help us reach new heights and unlock even greater value as a company.

Role responsibilities
To help us transform our business and evolve our operating model, you will:

• Work with our C-level team to determine the appropriate operating model based on diverse input from internal teams, external consultants, and other stakeholders

• Implement updated operating model thru cross-functional partnering with managers and internal support teams

• Document and disseminate all institutional knowledge related to how we work as a company and own plan for ongoing iteration

• Train leaders across the company in principles of organizational development in coordination with the People & Culture team

• Communicate regularly with the business at all levels on progress of operating model transformation

About you

You will likely thrive in this role if you have:

• Worked on business transformation projects either within a high-growth business or via an outside consultancy

• A well honed analytical toolkit and general business acumen to aid in decision making at an enterprise level

• Strong knowledge of organizational development and experience coaching others in best practices and frameworks

• A strong understanding of “how people work” and how to optimize and choose decisions that are in Lunar’s spirit. 

• A gift for communicating with and influencing leaders at all levels of an organization.

• The ability to stay on top of competing priorities and manage your time and energy effectively to bring about results you want to see

• A passion for making a big impact on the future of Lunar.
