What’s the job actually about?
In order for us to complete our mission and giving our business clients a hassle-free banking experience, you will be the one to maintain an overview of our leads and make sure that they are contacted and that we follow up on their needs. You are the type of person, who understands the importance of being pro-active, when it comes to our clients’ needs. Your job is also to keep track of our existing business clients and the processes surrounding them on an operating and practical level and make sure that they receive the necessary support from us. Because we are such a new company, new inputs from you to optimise our ways of conducting the sales process is more than welcome.
Tasks & responsibilities
Your main tasks include:
Following up on business clients, once the sale has been made
Ensuring that our clients are well-implemented in our structure and that they receive the support they need
Maintaining an overview of our existing business client base and help decide how it is prioritized
Contributing to creating a pipeline of leads for SMB sales and partnership sales.
Besides from your own team, you will be collaborating with business customer service and our Product-team regarding current offerings for business customers.

Your skills and experience
Your educational background is not important, but your level of experience is. Preferably, you have around 5 years’ experience from the payment universe. It is crucial that you have experience within this field to succeed in this role.
You speak Danish on a native-level and you are proficient in English, both in writing and speech
Experience with tax systems and excel is considered a plus
You are structured in your approach to solving tasks, which makes able to manage many tasks at once without dropping the ball on your responsibilities
You are independent and good at taking initiatives to get things done by yourself
You are naturally service-minded and therefore able to provide our clients with the best user experience, when they are in contact with you
