The job

If you are living in Hungary and looking for a long term remote workplace where you can lean into your role within customer service and evolve according to your interests, this is the job for you. The most important part of your new role is to solve customer service requests based on our policies. This means ensuring that new and existing users are onboarded properly and that they know how to use our products and services.

You will be part of our Payments team under the Paylike brand, which is our payment solution that enables businesses to accept card payments.

Your skills and experience

If you have experience in online payments, ecommerce or customer service we see that as a plus, but it is not a requirement to be put into consideration for this role. The most important aspect for us is that you are passionate about helping people and ensuring that everyone gets the help they need. Depending on your skills and interests, you can evolve within the field and for example become a Key Account Manager down the road.

In this role, it is a requirement that you are fluent in both English and Hungarian. You will be communicating with our users by email and phone, so it is important that you are fluent in both writing and speaking in both languages. If you know Romanian or Danish it is a plus, but not a necessity.
