The role & responsibilities

As our new Legal Counsel in Norway, you will be a part of our legal organisation. You will also work closely with large parts of the organisation and especially with our Nordic General Counsel, the Country Manager in Norway, our Head of Compliance in Norway, our Senior Financial Crime Prevention Officer and the Country Manager in Norway

Your main goal will be to establish and strengthen Lunar’s legal function in Norway.

Your tasks will also include:

• Overseeing legal risk and advice on the risks

• Carrying out support and advice on various other legal activities, primarily within the area of local consumer protection.

• Working closely with the business e.g. within marketing questions, T&C and product governance

• Dialogue with relevant Norwegian authorities

Your background

• 3+ years of experience from a similar role.

• Deep knowledge of Norwegian regulation. Fluent in English and Norwegian - both spoken and written.
