You have at least 3 years of legal experience and are intrigued by getting to be part of a new bank, just like you are willing to take on a big responsibility regarding Lunar’s journey in Norway.
You are analytical, independent, and quality conscious, and you are good at taking responsibility for the areas that are yours. You are structured, thorough and curious about everything you do. You also want to use those super powers to make sure that Lunar succeeds with anything money.
The role & responsibilities
As our new Legal Counsel in Norway, you will be a part of our legal organisation. You will also work closely with large parts of the organisation and especially with our Nordic General Counsel, the Country Manager in Norway, our Head of Compliance in Norway, our Senior Financial Crime Prevention Officer and the Country Manager in Norway
Your main goal will be to establish and strengthen Lunar’s legal function in Norway.
Your tasks will also include:
Overseeing legal risk and advice on the risks
Carrying out support and advice on various other legal activities, primarily within the area of local consumer protection.
Working closely with the business e.g. within marketing questions, T&C and product governance
Dialogue with relevant Norwegian authorities
