A bit about you

You have an analytical mindset and are good at familiarizing yourself with complex issues, but you are also not afraid to work hands-on with your projects. You have a natural interest in AML regulation and the work of Financial Crime Prevention, and you also have several years of experience within the field and either from an legal, operational or an compliance perspective. You are intrigued by getting to be part of defining the ways of working and setting the direction for Lunar from a Financial Crime Prevention perspective. 

As a person, you are analytical, independent, and quality conscious, and you are good at taking responsibility. When you have to describe yourself, you use words such as funny and down to earth, but you also say thorough, structured, and curious.

The role & responsibilities

As our new Senior FCP Officer, you will be a part of our Financial Crime Prevention organisation. You will also work closely with large parts of the organisation and with the Country Manager in Norway. Your main goal will be to be responsible for the strengthening and establishment of Lunar’s Financial Crime Prevention function in Norway. 

Your tasks will also include:

• Performing risk assessments, making policies and guidelines.
• Build and maintain Lunars network towards the stakeholders in Norway within AML.
• Working closely with the business, and making the theories working in practice.
• Carrying out support and advice on various other Financial Crime Prevention activities.
• Reporting potential Financial Crime risks to Senior Management.

Your background

• 6+ years of experience from e.g. AML, compliance, relevant authorities or another similar position from the financial sector.
• Deep knowledge of AML regulation, borth Norwegian and globally.
• Fluent in English and another Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) - both spoken and written.
